Once a contract amendment is submitted, the SOUTH FLORIDA EMPLOYMENT AND TRAlNING CONSORTIUM, Executive Director has the authority to approve, disapprove, or to request further justification for such amendment. Amendments require review. approval and execution by the SOUTH FLORIDA EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING CONSORTIUM. After approval, the appropriate signatures of the SOUTH FLORlDA EMPLOYMENT AND TRAlNING CONSORTIUM and the Service Provider shall be ascertained and the amendment shall be written and incorporated into this Contract, thereby becoming an integral part of it.
