DV3A357L Payment will be upon completion ofwork by the Contractor and review and approval
by the Marine Projects CoorcImator.
S. The attached Derelict Vessel Reports. Specifications. and the Monroe Coumy Insurance
Requircmc:nts together with this Agreement, form the COIItract. They are fUlly a part of this
Contract as if repeated herein verbatim.

Board of County Commissioners &om any and aU claims for bodily injury (includine death),
personal it91UY and property damage (including property owned by the County) and other Ioaes,
damages, and expenses (including attorney's fees) which arise out of, in coonection with, or by

Therefor~ the parties asree that the Contractor sbaIl be liable to the Board for 5100 per day of
JiquidaUld damap for each day after 12-3J-01 thal the Contractor's obligations under this

compensaray damages and does not constitute a penalty.

II. The Contractor Will be responsible for all necessary insurance co~erage as indicated by an
"X" on the attached forms identifIEd IS JNSCKLST 1-4, as further detailed 01) forms VLI, Well
WCJA, GLJ, WLI, & POll attached as Exhibit C. All policies must Jilt Monroe County as
additional insured with the exctption of the WorkC'l"s Compensation policy.
12. The Contractor warrants that it has not employed, retained or othe:rwise had act on its
behalf any former County oftleer or employee subject to the prohibition of Section 2 of Ordinance
No. 010..1990 or any County offi<:er or employee in violation of S~ion 3 of Ordinance No. 020-
1990. For breech or violation of this provi$iQl1~ the owner may, in its disuetion, terminate this
