Attachment A, Scope of Work, "Illegal and Severely Inadequate On site Sewage System Replacement Program". is modified to add sec1ioD S. C. as follows: 5. C. The amOunt of grant fWiding to be provided will be determined by the nwnber of illegal and inadequate On-site Treatment and Disposal Systt.-ms (OSTDS) contained within County designated "cold" spots to be serviced by the sylnem or system extension or expansion. That number should be multiplied by a number no greater tIW1 the maximum amount of grant funding allowed per household under the existing Homeowners Wastewater System Assistance Program (HWSAP) of$8,400 to detennine the full funding amount toward the overall cost of the system for all users. In the case of centralized system hook-up, white funding depends upon tQ.e number of unJcnown systems, that funding amount will be utilized to offset total system costs for all users. A completion repon (ten copies) from the Recipient lObe received by the Department no later tha,n December 31, 2002.
