We here at Synagro strive to maintain the quality of service you expect and deserve. We have been doing everything possible to keep our cost as well as yours down. For the first time in over 5 years we find it is necessary for us to increase the cost of operation throughout the Keys. This is due in part do to high cost of supplies. Mainly, this increase is necessitated by the increasing cost of maintaining quality employees in the Monroe County economy. This is one of our highest priorities in the coming years is to insure quality service to our customers. Your fee for operations will be increased by $50.00 per month beginning in January 2002. I am pleased to report that the fees for laboratory analyses and sludge hauling cost will remain unchanged. f; Synagro is using its nationwide resources to continue giving you the best service possible now and into the future.
