To maintain the equipment in good working order, factory-trained technicians will perform all preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with the guidelines Issued by YORK engineering or other manufacturers. This maintenance program meets the manufacturer's requirements to properly maintain and ser/ice your equipment. All work will be oerformed durinq normal YORK workinq hours unless othervvise indicated in !I.:LEL?.IdP.Q~rnental service section of this Agreement, The Annual Preventive Maintenance program inek/des Five Operating inspections and ONE annual shut-down preventive maintena!lCe to evaluate equipment status and brush clean condenser tubes.
