ITEM BACKGROUND: On February 27, 2002 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deed is approved by the BOec. Wigberto & Nora
Sanchez submitted the Warranty Deed to donate one lot to Monroe County, The applicants are receiving a dwelling
unit allocation award for the year ending July 13,2002, have filed the document in accordance with Ordinance No.
47-1999,

THIS INDENTURE, Made this 16th day of July, 2001, between WIGBERTO
SANCHEZ, a married man Joined by his spouse, NORA SANCHEZ parties of the first
part, and COUNTY OF MONROE, a political subdivision of the State of Florida Whose
address is: % Board of County Commissioners, 500 Whitehead St., Key West, FL
33040, of the County Monroe, State of Florida party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten and No/1 OOths Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained, and sold to the said party of the second party, its heirs and assigns forever, the
following described land, situate and being in the County of Monroe, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 19, SANDS SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 1, Page 65, of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions and reservations of record, zoning ordinances,
easements for the public utilities, if any, taxes for the current and subsequent years.

And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
