AMENDIVIENT-l(l,st AMENDMENILTO AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT to Agreeirrient dated thiiis, 19th—day of, May—'2021, is entered
into by and between the I Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, a political
subdivision of the Stait,e of Florida (County), on behalf of the Tourist Development Council and
Florida Keys Council f the Airts, Inc. hereinafter referred to as "Contractor".
WHEREAS, there was an Agreement earnt redl into on July 18, 2018 between the parties,
for County to provide funding to supplement cost of tourist related prograrns; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides an, option to extend the Agreement for ain additiional
two (2)year period; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to exercise the option to extend the Agreer"ent for a one
(1) year period; and
NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the Mutual covenants contained herein,the parties
agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1, Paragraph 1 of the Agreement shall be revised to read:The term, of this Agreement is for
a one (1) year period commenciing October 1, 2021 and terrmnating September 30, 2022.
2, The remaining provisions of the Agreement dated July 18, 2018, shall rernain in full force
and effect.
