WHEREAS, on the 17'h day of April 2002, the County and Lessee entered into a lease (hereinafter Original Lease) for purposes of constructing new hangars; and WHEREAS, the original lease contains 2 Exhibits, Exhibit A and Exhibit B, which depicted the premises as they existed with the previous hangars and the proposed new hangars; and WHEREAS, upon completion of construction of the new hangars neither Exhibit A nor Exhibit B accurately depicted the leased premises; and WHEREAS, the parties are in possession of an exhibit and survey which accurately depicts the (post hangar construction) leased premises: and WHEREAS,the parties desire to update the original agreement with an accurate leasehold survey and exhibit, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of mutual covenants and promises hereinafter contained, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: Section 1. Paragraph 2 of the Original Lease is hereby amended to read as follows: 2. The County leases to Lessee the area shown on Exhibit A Feb. 2021 and described in Exhibit B Mar. 2021 (hereafter the Leasehold). Section 2. Sub-paragraph 8a) of the Original Lease is hereby amended to read as follows: 8. a) The Lessee and Lessee's shareholders may occupy and utilize the leasehold premises shown on Exhibit A Feb. 2021. Section 3. Except as set forth in Section 1 and Section 2 of this Amendment To Lease Agreement, in all other respects, the original agreement dated April 17, 2002 not inconsistent herewith, shall remain in full force and effect.
