All terms and conditions of the Agreement apply to this Task Order, unless this Task Order amends, adds, or modifies a provision or an Article of the Agreement of which will be specifically referenced in this Task Order and the amendment, addition, or modification shall be precisely described. This Task Order is effective on the 191''Day of May 2021. WHEREAS,the Monroe County Fleet Garage and Offices are currently leasing space on property owned by the Key West Airport and must now be moved due to changes in the Key West Airport Master Plan; and WHEREAS,the County has leased a building on Rockland Key until a permanent structure for the Fleet Department can be built on County-owned property; and WHEREAS, the County desires to contract with the Consultant to provide design through construction administration services for the renovation of the leased building. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth below,the parties agree as follows: 1. In accordance with Article II, SCOPE OF BASIC SERVICES of the Agreement, the Consultant will provide design and support through construction for the renovation of an existing two-story building on Rockland.Key. The scope of work shall include but not be limited to the following: • Renovation of the building shell including new garage doors, exit doors, windows, exhaust fans and other miscellaneous infills to the walls to maintain the fire rating. • Renovation to new office spaces, including 5 office/meeting rooms and 2 restrooms on the first floor and 3 offices on the mezzanine level. ® Repair or Replacement of the existing wood stair with possible addition of new stair or possibly installation of elevator or lift. • New electrical power and lighting, air conditioning for office/meeting rooms and restroom spaces. Page 1 of 2 • New plumbing for the restroom,eyewash sink and utility sink **Interior 3 bay garage area to be designed by others with coordination with Consultant. 2. In accordance with Article VII paragraph 7.1.1 of the Agreement,the County shall pay the Consultant a lump sum total of Fifty-Eight Thousand, Six Hundred and 00/100 dollars ($58,600.00)paid on a percent complete basis for the following phases: a. Schematic Design - $8,790.00 upon document review and approval by the Director of Project Management b. Design Development - $17,580.00 upon document review and approval by the Director of Project Management c. Construction Documents - $20,510.00 upon document review and approval by the Director of Project Management d. Bidding-$2,930.00 upon completion e.Construction Administration - $8,790.00 upon completion All other Terms and Conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full forces and effect.
