ITEM BACKGROUND: On March 27, 2002 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for Building Permit Application 01-1-3654 provided the applicants' Warranty Deeds are approved by the BOCC. On April 17, 2002, the Board of County Commissioners approved the Warranty Deeds from Anibal Rockbrand for Richard Hill. The property has been subsequently sold to Albert Ariso. Albert Ariso submitted the Warranty Deeds to donate three lots to Monroe County. The applicant is receiving a dwelling unit allocation award for the year ending July 13, 2002, has filed the document in accordance with Ordinance No. 47-1999.
