Because of Commissioner changes, this appointment has been held pending seating of the newly elected District 4 Commissioner. The appointment will be a new appointment to begin January 2003 for a full 4-year term, to expire January 2007. Kathleen Fischer Bio Library Advisory Board Appointee District 4 Rice December 18, 2002 Kathleen Fischer moved to the Florida Keys as a permanent resident three years ago. She is an avid reader and has volunteered herl time to the Islamorada Library, has been a donating patron of the Library, and has become a member of the Friends of the Library. Recently she was elected to the Layton City Council. One of her duties will be to serve as Layton's wastewater liaison to the Intergovernmental Task Force and the County on wastewater issues.
