ITEM BACKGROUND: On December 4,2002 Ibe Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicant listed below provided Ibe applicant's Warranty Deed is approved by the HOCC. Helb Kohl submitted the
warranty Deed to donate one lot to Monroe County. The applicant is receiving a dwelling unit allocation award for
the year ending July 13, 2003, has filed the document in accordance with Ordinance No.4 7 -1999.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On November 11, 1999, Ibe HOCC adopted Ordinance No. 047.
