AMENDMENT T 0 AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT is made and entered into this
day of 2003, between the County of Monroe, hereafter
County, and Spirit Marine Towing & Assistance~ bereafter Contractor, in order to amend
the agreement between the partie:i dated November 20, 2002.
The County and Spirit Me:rine Towing & Assistance, amend section 5 of the
November 20, 2002 agreement a~; follows:
1. The attached Derelict Vessel Photos, Specifications and the Monroe County
Insurance Requirements together with this Agreement furm the Contract. They
are fully a part of this Contract as if repeated herein verbatim.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have here on t.o set their bands and seal, the
day and year first written above.
