AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of three buildable lots from Gary & SaJly Land for
Anthony Parkinson to Monroe County by Warranty Deeds.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On April 23, 2003 the Planning Commission approved an aJlocation award for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC. Gary & SaJly Land for
Anthony Parkinson submitted the Warranty Deed to donate three lots to Monroe County. The applicants are
receiving a dwelling unit allocation award for the year ending July 13,2003, have filed the document in accordance
with Ordinance No. 47-1999.
