ITEM BACKGROUND: On April 23, 2003 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicant listed below provided the applicants's Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC. Todd A. & Suzanne P.
Greager submitted the Warranty Deed to donate two lots to Monroe County. The applicants are receiving a dwelling
unit allocation award for the year ending July 13,2003, have filed the document in accordance with Ordinance No.
47-1999.

AND, the grantor hereby covenants with the said grantees that the grantor is 1awfuUy seized of
said land in fee simple; that the grantor has good right and lawful authority to seU and convey
said land and hereby warrants the titLe to said land and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of aU persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes
accruing subsequent to the date of transfer:
