The Andersen Firm 501 Whitehead Street Key West, FL 33040 Re: Consent Agreement for Jackson Walker Investment Corporation, Inc. Dear Mr. Ebbert: You may recall that I called you a month or two ago regarding the return to the County of the original Consent Agreement which was stamped "Clerk's Original." The Consent Agreement was granted by the BaCC at their February 6, 2001 meeting, and every effort was made by this office to accommodate you in getting the item to the County Commission and the Mayor for execution. Please provide that document to either my office or the Clerk of Court immediately. We would appreciate also the second original to be executed and returned to the County Attorney, but it is absolutely necessary that the Clerk of Court get back the Clerk's original. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. McCoy, District 3 Mayor Pro tern Dixie Spehar, District 1 Murray Nelson, District 5 George Neugent, District 2 Nora Williams, District 4 Pursuant to your telephone calls and memos, I have obtained from the Andersen Firm the Clerk's Original of the Consent. Also enclosed is a copy of the letter received when the Clerk's Original and the copy was returned. I don't know why he returned the copy as well but I guess I'll keep that in our office files. The letter notes that the document was drawn up in such a way that actually only the County needed to execute it. Jackson Walker Investment Corp" Inc, made no promises in the Consent document and therefore it would not be necessary for their signature. Please call if you have any questions. It should, however, get recorded in the OR books. CkA. ~ 1'~ Q ,tk. ~ 't ~ ~ ~,A<<.
