III this ca'Se we would like to address the paving of No Name Drive. As residents and laad owners we are de,Ugbled that a great majority otNo Name Key recently bad roads paved, This created a sate road condition and appearance, along wifh providing aesthetic beauty to the area. Along with many other residents on No Name Drive we were appalled to field that our street is un-paved and covered over only with smal.1 stones, wbicb create a hazardous COndition and a very poor appearance to our street. Our opinion was never sought as to "Eliminate" No Name Drive from being paved. and to coincide with the other streets in this neighborhood. Our survey was made of the residents of No Name Drive, and aU but one or two property owners, have not agreed that new pavement would be beneficial to our street Enclosed are several photo's of two roads which were paved, creating a beautiful surface, and thea a photo showing a hazardous Jooking No Name Drive unpaved. AU of the residents surveyed, end in favor of pavement restoration, strongly object to the m;oori,ty who wish to keep our street in a primitive condition. We object to the minority having the power to prevent the county or city fTom not paving our street so that they remain in unacceptable condition, appearance, safety, and not to mention a devaluation of property values. The residents seeking the street to be paved will not waiV~f in our demand tJ,at the street be pIlved, as were the others. CC; r Spehar Comm. Neugent Below is a signed petition supporting our cause and signatures of the tax paying resfdents of No Name Drive. We wjll be satisfied onry when the street in question becomes Iblly paved. Thank you' for your cooperation in our request for bettennent of the neighborhood. We JOok forward to your response. Cenainly, if this decision requires the approval of others in order to execute our request, please provide us the names of key persons who may need to addres$ this issue or become involved in assisting 10 resolve this problem. ~~fwYmw_~M~MSisy.;7~ &:-ce (f ~q Aut ~:J%t1;'k ~3y&~ s;b{-3?S--;g'6<{ :~~~. r(i," ~{ ...-' .."'.,: "t' ,.:.\...,: .... .:J : ~ ( ......! .,:. :~;.~:\f;:','f~~::~:" . .-:: :':~ ..:'~ ..'~ .
