AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of one buildable lot from Klaus & Abine Strobel to
Monroe County by Warranty Deed.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On June 7, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for Edward &
Adelaide U. Schultze. Building Permit 99-3-2310 was issued for a single-family residence on September 25, 2000.
Subsequently, the property was sold to Klause & Abine Strobel. The Strobe Is revised the Building Permit to delete
the windload point for 175. Therefore, Klaus & Abine Strobel submitted the Warranty Deed to donate one lot to
Monroe County to comply with Monroe County Code Section 9.5-1 22.1(j)2.
