AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of two buildable lots from Casanautica.com, Inc. to
Monroe County by Warranty Deeds.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On July 9, 2003 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deeds are approved by the BOCC. Casanautica.com, Inc.
submitted the Warranty Deeds to donate two lots to Monroe County. The applicants are receiving a dwelling unit
allocation award for the year ending July 13,2003, have filed the documents in accordance with Ordinance No. 47-
1999.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On November 11, 1999, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 047-
1999.

Casanautica.com, Inc., a Florida Corporation, GRANTOR., whose address is 7250 SW 167 Street, Miami, FL
33157, and MONROE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 500
Whitehead Street, Key West, FL 33040, GRANTEP;
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall include all the parties to this instrument and
heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH, That said Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum ofTEN AND 00/100 ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration, to said Grantors in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns

THE GRANTORS HEREIN OR ANY OF THEIR IMMEDIATE HOUSEHOLD AS DEFINED BY THE
LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and To HA VE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. The Grantors hereby covenant with
said Grantee that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantors have good right and
lawful authority to sell and convey said land, and hereby warrant the title to said land and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes
accruing subsequent to the date of transfer.
