.AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of two buildable lots from Joseph & Renee Silva to
Monroe County by Warranty Deeds.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On July 23, 2003 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deeds are approved by the BOCC. Joseph & Renee Silva
submitted the Warranty Deeds to donate two lots to Monroe County. The applicants are receiving a dwelling unit
allocation award for the year ending July 13,2003, have filed the documents in accordance with Ordinance No. 47-
1999.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On November II, 1999, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 047-
1999.
