In consideration of the benefits,the parties agree as follows:

to occupy and use the following described premises:

A portion of 100.00 feet Right a Way of Blimp Road lying 153.00 feet Northerly of the Northerly Right away line of
Overseas Highway.

The premises may be occupied and used by FDOT solely for milling existing asphalt, re-sodding roadside slopes,
grading, tying in, harmonizing and reconnecting existing features of the property with the highway improvements
which are to be constructed together with incidental purposes related thereto during the period beginning with the date
written above and continuing until completion of the transportation project,but not later than the last day of February
2023.
The execution of this agreement by MONROE COUNTY,a political subdivision of the State of Florida,has been
induced by no representations,statements,warranties,or agreements other than those contained here.This agreement
contains the entire understanding of the parties and there are no other agreements or understandings,written or oral,in
effect between the parties relating to this matter. - -
