A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 167-1998.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, to make changes in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 1998, now
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 167-1998 previously set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the purpose of receiving unanticipated funds in Fiscal
Year 1998 contained certain erroneous information and said resolution, passed and
adopted on May 13th 1998 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 10th day of June AD 1998
