S 9 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the Stat. of Florida: 10 11 Section 1. Subsect10n (9) of section 6 of chapter 99-395, 12 Laws of Florida, as amended by chapter 2001-337, Laws of Florida, 13 is amended to read: 1~ Section 6.
