AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of two buildable lots from John K. & Li Chiung Moyant to
Monroe County by Warranty Deed.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On August 8, 1996 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC. John K. & Li Chiung
Moyant submitted the Warranty Deed to donate two lots to Monroe County. The applicants are receiving a dwelling
unit allocation award for the year ending July 13,2004, have filed the document in accordance with Ordinance No.
47-1999,
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On November 11, 1999, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No, 047-
1999, On June 19,2002 the Board of County Commissioners approved Resolution No, 263-2002 for a Beneficial
Use Determination Promulgated by the Special Master,

WITNESSETH: The Grantor, for and in consideration of the receipt of an equivalent
lot on Big Pine Key and for other good and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains. sells, remise, releases, and conveys to the
Grantee, all that certain land situate in Monroe County. Stal:e of Florida, to-wit:

Book 1, page 89 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Ronda.

of said land in fee simple, has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land,
hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the: same against the lawful claims of
aU persons whomsoever, and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing
