Big Pine Key and approval for the Mayor to execute the Amendment upon

Page 5 (C-20) ANIMAL CONTROL: Approval of the sixth amendment to the FKSPCA
lower Keys contract for animal control services providing for a CPI
adjustment of $12.670.40 (2.3%) funded by ad valorem revenues. The
amendment also provides for reimbursing certain expenses in the month
they are incurred to avoid additional lee on FKSPCA's part. REVISED
BACKUP: Uploaded executed stamped revised 6'h Amendment revising
payment provision with Attachments A and B included.

contract for the middle keys with FKSPCA to allow the reimbursement of

Page 6 (C-28) AIRPORTS: Ratification of previously approved Approval to rescind
Second Amendment to Contract with the Monroe County Sheriffs Office
for law Enforcement and Security Services at Key West International
Airport to now include the previously omitted Exhibit I approved at the
June 1711' BOCC meeting and approval of Revised Second Amendment
reducing four positions funded under the contract from 29 to 25 as shown in
Exhibit A of the Agreement. Three positions were removed at the June 17th
BOCC meeting and the revised agreement reduces one (I) additional. vacant
position for a total of four. The contract is paid by Airport Operating Fund
404. REVISED BACKUP: Revised agenda item wording as noted: revised
Contract/Agreement changes to read "Removes one (I) additional- vacant
Airport Security Technician positions from the contract: reducing total
position head count from 29 positions to 25.": replaced original agreement
with revised agreement reducing one (I) additional vacant position for a
total reduction of four.

request for proposals (RFP) for a vendor to service pump outs of anchored

with the City of Key West, i.e. changing employee performance standards,
how pump out workers will be supervised and how inspection of equipment
will be made.
