THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE UNITED STATES, HeREBY
OFFERS AND AGREES to pay, as the United States' share, ninety live percent (95%) of the allowable costs
incurred in accomplishing the project consisting of the following:
"Rehabilitate Terminal (Public Customs Area), Environmental Mitigation (Mosquito Dilches),
Rehabilitate Apron (Sealcoat and Mark), Rehabilitate TaxiWay (includes Marking), Acquire
Pavement Sweeper and Instal Perimeter Fencing"
as more particularly described in 1M project Application dated July 14. 2004.
The maximum obligation of the United States payable under this Offer shall be $1,399.356 for airport
development.
This offer is made In accordance with and for the pul'pOSe of carrying out the provisions of Tille 49, United States
Code, herein called Title 49 U.S.C. Acceptance and execution of this offer shall comprise a Grant Agreement, a&
provided by Tille 49 U.S.C. conatituting the contractual ob~igationS and~ rights of the United States and the
Sponsor.
