PRESENTATION OF AWARDS - Presentation of a Mayor's
Proclamation in support of the county-wide relief effort to bring
help to the impoverished people of Haiti because of the vast
destruction of Hurricane Jeanne.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT - Approval for one Restrictive
Covenant from Michael Geide and Kelly Nuznoff to have one
swilling unit on contiguous lots described as Lots 9 & 10, Block
23, Cutthroat Harbor Estates, Cudjoe Key.
COMMISSIONER MCCOY - (Time approximate of 4:00 P.M.)
A Resolution approving the naming of the Courthouse Annex at

Approval of Resolution of Appreciation to the Monroe County and

COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR - Approval of payment for
flowers for Administrator Assistant.
BULK APPROV AL - Approval of a resolution for funding of
$50,000 for the Supervisor of Elections for the Fiscal Year 2004,
and approval of a resolution to reduce Fiscal Year 2005 for the
Supervisor of Elections budget by $50,000.
TOURIST DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL - Approval of an
Agreement with the City of Marathon for the design and
construction of a Birdair architectural tensile membrane structure
amphitheatre with climate controlled storage/dressing rooms,
lighting, sound and a minimum of 2000 sq. ft. stage area
contingent upon the City of Marathon providing three additional
sets of bleachers upon the completion of the project in an amount
not to exceed $250,000, FY 2005, DAC III Capital Resources.

COMMISSIONER SPEHAR - Approval of a Resolution of the
Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida (the
"County"); allocating to the Municipalities within the County a
distribution of a percentage of the constitutional fuel tax, allocating
the distribution on a road mile formula; authorizing the allocation
of such funds to the Municipalities starting with fiscal year 2003-
2004; requiring that such funds be used by the Municipalities to
finance roadway maintenance and improvements; directing the
County Administrator to prepare an interlocal agreement between
the County and Municipalities to implement the allocation; and
providing for an effective date.
COUNTY ATTORNEY - Request approval to negotiate a
contract for rapid Patient Transport with Biscayne Helicopters, Inc.
