AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of three buildable lots from Emilio M. Grenet to Monroe
County by Warranty Deeds.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On September 22, 2004 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicant listed below provided the applicant's Warranty Deeds are approved by the BOCC. Emilio M. Grenet
submitted the Warranty Deeds to donate~ ots to Monroe County. The applicant is receiving a dwelling unit
allocation award for the year endin~ 13,2004, as filed the documents in accordance with Ordinance No. 47-
1999.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On November 11, 1999, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 047-
1999.

THIS WARRANTY DEED dated , 2004, by Emilio M. Grenet, a single
man, hereinafter called the grantor, to the County of Monroe, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose address is c/o County Commissioners, 500 Whitehead Street, Key
West, Florida of the County of Monroe, State of Florida, hereinafter called the grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to
this instrument and their heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and
the successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to said grantor in hand paid by
said grantee, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys, and confirms unto the grantee, all the certain land
situated in Monroe County, Florida, viz:
Lot 27, Block 1, RAMROD SHORES MARINA SECTION, according to the plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 161 of the Public Records of Monroe
County, Florida.
The subject property is vacant and unimproved land therefore not the grantor's
homestead.
Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations and limitations of record, if any.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or
in any wise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor is lawfully seized of
said land in fee simple; that the grantor had good right and lawful authority to sell and
convey said land; that the grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of
all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to the date of transfer.
