Item N5 Resolution No. -2005 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, to increase items to account for unanticipated funds in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 2005, now therefore: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following account of the Monroe County Budget for Fiscal Year 2005 be and the same is hereby increased by the amount hereinafter set forth: Fund #306-Clerk's Revenue Note, Capital Cost Center #02500-Court Services Network System Revenue: 306-00000-389002 Fund Balance Forward $117,771.64 Total Revenue $117,771.64 Appropriations: 306-02500-530340 306-02500-560640 Contractual Services Capital Outlay $115,823.14 1,948.50 Total Appropriations $117,771.64 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD, that the Clerk of said Board, upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds, is hereby authorized and directed to place funds in said item, as set forth above.
