respect to the redl property descrfbed therein (the "Properly") as follows:
1. Recitals The oJ bove recitals are true and correct in al( respocts,
2. CapitaLized Terms. Capital ized terms shall have the meanrngs defined in
the Contract unfess otherwfse defined herein.
3, Change if) Description of Property to be .Conveved, The parties agree that
the descri ption of tho tracts of land that ihe County will pu rchase was taken from a
Special Purpose Survoy (Job No, 031099) prepared by Tri-County Survey, Inc, and dated
July 9, 2004_ On Marc~,18, 2005, Tri-County SlJtv'ey, Inc. prepared a final survey for the
platting of Rockl<=:lnd Key Commerce Center, whic~1 includes the properly to be purchased
by' the County. Tho Seller and the surveyor changed the tract numbers on the final
survey that will be used for plat submission. The tracts that are subject to the Contract
arc now des'gllated as follows;
Tracts 4j5,13T20, according to the Rock~and Key Master Site Plan
The surveyor has prepared legal description s for each of the above tracts, designating the
four trar:ts 8S Parcels A_ B, C and D. The leqaf desr:riptions for eClch ot tho tracts/parcels
are tltt<1dled to this Addend u m as Exh ibit A. together with two sketches of the property so
described_ TflC pa~ties acknow!()dge and 8gree th~t this is the same proporty that the
County agreed to pu rchasc pursua nt to the terms of the Contract.
4. .Modification_ This Addendum sets forth the entire agreement between the
parties with respect to the matters sel forth herein and may not be modifJerJ orally but only
by a \Nritten instrument signed oy both Seller and Buyer.

completed hy Seller, and Seller shall agree to termjnate this agreement with respect to
