statnvay to the structure hxated off of the County right-of-way. if directed La do
so by the Monroe County Biologist, Oefendant shall remove such trees located
within the adjacent righH)f-way within 30 days of such direction.
Defendant shall be deemed to have a. revocable li[':(~n.'>C (not an easement) from
Monroe County allowing the access stairs to remain on th~ County righl-of.way.
