RE: - Upper Keys Hospital District.
Please tell Debi that by the time the County (Mr. Roberts) asked for
this last year (2004), it was too late to file a local bill to dissolve
the hospital district I told Mr. Roberts this and told him to make the
request in writing for the 2005 session. No one asked us to do it this
year, so we didn't file a bill. The County Commission needs to request
in writing and give us a resolution around September or October of this
year so that we can file the bill for the 2006 regular Session.
If Debi has any questions, please have her call me.
Regards,
Laura M. Todd
