The Planning Department is requesting that this item be withdrawn and re-advertised.
ITEM BACKGROUND: Request to rezone from SC to MU includes two separate sites. RE#
00554420.000000 located between US Highway 1 and First Street and RE# 00554740.000000 located
between Second Street and the ocean.
Request to rezone from URM to UR for a site located between First Street and Second A venue. This
site is comprise of parcel RE# 00554730.000000,00554700.000000 and 00554670.000000.
