ITEM BACKGROUND: At the November 20, 2002 BOCC meeting, the Board confirmed the scheduling of monthly one-day meetings, if possible, beginning at 9:00 a.m., on the third week of each month, on Wednesdays/Thursdays. At the November 17, 2004 BOCC meeting, the Board confirmed the same scheduling scenario for 2005.
