BUDGET & FINANCE - Approval for Bank of America to
provide a Purchasing Card Program for Monroe County BOCC
employees. Bank of America is the state contact for purchasing
card programs.
LAND AUTHORITY - Approval to rescind the appointment of
Ms. Debra Harrison District I Appointment to the Land Authority
Advisory Board.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT - Approval of a Locally Funded
Agreement (LF A), an adoption Resolution, and a Memorandum of
Agreement (MOA) between Monroe County and the Florida
Department of Transportation to complete digital true color and
color IR aerial photography of the Florida Keys.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT - Discussion and Approval of a
Resolution to provide an exception to the policy of deferring the

Architects to complete the construction of the Freeman Justice
Building based upon the recommendation of the County Engineer.
