Re: Parking Lot Rent - Benihana
Benihana Key West sustained irreparable damage as a result of Hurricane Wilma
and has permanently closed. Our last day of business was Saturday October 22.
2005.
We no longer need the parking lot that we lease from the Airport.
Please contact me with any questions or comments_ Please prorate the rent
accordingly.
