The County issued a Request for Proposal and a contractor was selected and
numerous work tasks were assigned and completed. No new tasks have been
assigned to the contractor and there is an unspent balance of approximately
$74,730.00. This letter requests that the County refund the money to the sponsors in
accordance with the percentage of contribution. I have not included the funding
provided by the Department.
Several non-profit housing groups have requested this funding to assist them in their
housing efforts. I believe it would be more efficient to return the funding and let the
donors decide how they wish to spend the balance.
If you have any questions or comments please contact me at 850-922-1766.
Sincerely,
Rebeeea Jet . Admlnls~
