Resolution No. 294 -2021
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022
WHEREAS,the Board of Governors of District 1 Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance,Monroe
County, Florida,pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 129 and 200, Florida Statutes,did conduct a Public
Hearing on September 15,2021, at 5:05 p.m. at the Murray E.Nelson Government Center, 102050 Overseas
Highway, Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida and via Communications Media Technology("CMT")using a
Zoom Webinar platform,to amend and adopt a Final Budget for District 1 Lower and Middle Keys Fire and
Ambulance for Fiscal Year 2022, now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS LOWER AND MIDDLE KEYS FIRE AND
AMBULANCE,MONROE COUNTY,FLORIDA,that the Budget of$17,692,668 be adopted as the Final
Budget for District 1 Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance for Fiscal Year 2022, and is hereby
adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Governors of District l Lower and Middle Keys Fire and
Ambulance of Monroe County, Florida,at a meeting of said Board held on the 15th day of September,AD
2021.
