The solicitation packets were sent out on September 20,2021 to four separate vendors. We received no response to that request. The email was sent again to all four vendors and we got back only one proposal from A& B Exterminators. Our contract has expired and we will need to get a new contract as soon as possible. I am attaching all supporting documentation. I do believe the staff in the Marathon office did due diligence required to obtain the required price quotes as per the Monroe County Purchasing Policy.
