WHEREAS. tile Project Participants formed an informal alliance in 1998. for the purpose of providing a nicans for its members to benefit fi-orn ajoint association of tlellovv, public agencies, including ajoint purchasing of services, materials, supplies, and equipment utilized in the operation offlect maintenance and operation, and WHEREAS. tile Project Participants entered into a Project Agreement for I-I'mergency Fuel/ Facilities 1,Jse on May 10"'. 2000 ("Agreenieni") establishing access to and use of vehicular fueling facilities owned or operated by the "Project Participants" throughout the Monroe County area arid portions of Dade County; and WHEREAS., the Project Participants' fuel facilities listed in the Agreement needs to, be updated to reflect current fuel facility locations and therefore tile Project Participant acrree to amend the Agreement to update the fuel use facilities listed in the Agreement as set forth herein; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of tile mutual promises contained herein. tile Project Participants agree to Amend the.
