A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 329-2021
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 329-2021, heretofore enacted for the purpose to make budgeted transfers in the
Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 2022,contains erroneous information,and
WHEREAS,it is the desire of the Commission to rectify by amendment such errors,now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 329-2021 previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the purpose of the
transfer of funds in Fiscal Year 2022 contained certain erroneous information and said resolution, passed and
adopted on October 20°i,2021 is hereby amended:
Fund: #304-One Cent Infra-structure Sales Tax
From: 304-5190-24000-560600-SC_00003 Buildings
Cost Center: #24000-General Government Capital Projects
Amount: $1,300,000.00
To: 304-5190-24002-560600-SC_00003 Buildings
Cost Center: #24002-Jackson Square Chiller Building
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD,that the Clerk of said Board,upon receipt of the above,is
hereby authorized and directed to make the necessary changes of said items,as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular
meeting of said Board held on the 17th day of November,AD 2021.
