For the Installation and Maintenance of Aids to Navigation and Regulatory Markers:
Upper Keys Piling Work
Date: December 21, 2021
American Underwater Contractors, Inc. is hereby authorized to proceed with the following work:
• Remove and replace damaged piling and signs, Shelter Bay Channel DBN 1; reuse existing ISNW sign
• Replace missing piling and signs Vaca Cut Channel DBN 13
• Replace missing piling and signs Toms Harbor Channel DBN 8
as described in the Invitation for Quotes dated December 17, 2021 and in the contractor's quote dated December
21, 2021.
The County agrees to pay the proposed cost of$11,480.00 upon satisfactory completion of the work and receipt
of an invoice and photographs.
The contractor shall make every effort to complete the work by February 17, 2022.
Please proceed with ordering any necessary supplies (as needed) and prepare to perform the work.
General Requirements: All terms and conditions in the Contract for Installation and Maintenance ofAids to
Navigation and Regulatory Markers in Monroe County shall apply to this Task Order.
Additional Instructions: Contractor shall coordinate with staff for signage to be provided by the Marine
Resources office for this job as listed in Invitation for Quotes dated December 17, 2021.
