O'Neal Surveying and Mapping, Inc.(OSM)is pleased to provide you with a scope of services and proposal for the above referenced project. The project and services include the following: SERVICES:SCOPE OF TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY TheOGYN team will provide m Topographic Survey of the easterly portion of Phase 2 Mitigation Site at Tarpon Belly Keys as shown on the attached Exhibit(provided by the client). This is a 2.1+/-acre Island on the easterly side of the northeasterly man-made Canal at Tarpon Belly Keys. This Island is heavily covered in Mangroves and other vegetation. This survey plan is to obtain enough data ombo significant grade breaks across the Island to represent average terrain while limiting the line cutting requirements. OGN1 proposes to cut(5)approximate 160'mvenage length cross section lines perpendicular to the existing Canal across the Island at approximate 100' interval spacing. An additional(112)approximate SO' omsna0e length spur lines ho access and locate the shoreline bank around the Island. Line cutting is to be kept to a minimum to allow survey personnel to moneuven4wo|hthru vegetation and obtain 3Otsmsin locations. Top/Edge of Water and a minimum of one underwater ground/bottom location on slope or at toe of slope will be obtained at each of the(12)shoreline/bank locations and at each end of the(6)cross section lines. The survey will include top of banks and toe of slope of an existing berm running parallel to the Canal and a large spoil pile onthe Island. The survey will include location of wetlands flagged by others provided the wetlands delineation/flagging is performed during the initial [>SK8 munx*y deployment, with OGK8 personnel present to facilitate timely and complete flag location in heavy vegetation. OSM will establish Horizontal and Vertical Control points throughout the project site. Horizontal Control will be referenced to the Florida State Plane Coordinate System, Transverse Mercator Projection, East Zone, NAD 83, (2011 Adjustment). Vertical Control will be referenced to North American Vertical Datum 1988 (NAVD88) QUALITY CONTROL/QUALITY ASSURANCE AND FIELD REVIEW: All activities required to supervise and coordinate the survey project will be performed by the OSM project supervisor, a Florida P.S.M. or their delegate.
