belonging or appertaining.
SUBJECT TO conditions, restrictions, limitations,easements of record and zoning ordinances,
Subject to easements, restrictions,reservations,and limitations of record,if any.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, heredltaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise
