Constructability review and technical input to Design Team on preparation of 90% Construction Documents for procurement of first early construction package. Definition of phasing and work packages procurement strategy. Submittal of Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP) for submission to FAA. Public advertising, market outreach and preparation of Request for Proposal for first early construction package. Production of budget control estimates and recommendations on scope pursuant to overall program funding in coordination with Design team and Airport management, to achieve timely completion of the program. The CMAR services included in this Amendment are to be performed in conjunction with the production and delivery of a 90% set of construction documents by the A/E of Record which shall be delivered to CMAR no later than January 31 2022, which will be used to advertise through a Request for Proposal (RFP)to potential bidders through the month of February 2022. CMAR services associated with this Task Order begin on January 1, 2022 and shall be completed by February 28, 2022.
