Notes:
1)General ContractoNowiter to provide Dumpater for all Stucco Debris and general garbage.
2)All Change orders shall be in writing and sgned by both,Owner and Contractor.
3)In the event that the Owner shall fail to pay any progress payment due,the Contractor may cease work without breach pending payment or resolution of a dispute
4)Contractor shall not be liable for any delay due to circumstances beyond its control including strikes,casualty,Acts of God,or general unavailability of materials,
5)Contract Warranty all work for a period of 12 months following completion.

PPD Inc.s warranty does not include damage caused by abuse to the surfaces,environmental factors,or unauthorized repairs by a third party

In the event that PPD Inc needs to repair damaged areas,a written request is required to be submitted to PPD Inc.by the Client or owner of the property.PPD Inc will'take reasonable
steps within 10 business days from the submitted date to visit and analyze the property

c Warranty will not be valid if third parties,person,or process has been worked at the same area causing collateral damage to the original work
6)The prices,specifications,and conditions are hereby accepted.You authorize to do the work specified.Payments will be made as outline above.
7)Stucco is not to be used as a waterproof coat on any surface.Stucco cement can inhibit moisture penetration and is not waterproof,therefore cannot be considered as a moisture barrier for design or
construction purposes.The Client acknowledges the following:
a. In regards to patchwork:All patches will be noticeable to the eye.
b. In regards to cracks:some surfaces might crack due to building settlements,shrinkage or expansion of framed walls or ceilings,and environmental factors such as weather.
C. In regards to using now stucco over old stucco or painted stucco:PPD Inc.highly recommends that the surfaces be sandblasted;otherwise cracks may occur on the now stucco due to the old
stucco or painted stucco conditions.In the event that cracks occur on new stucco due to old stucco conditions,PPD Inc.will not be hold liable.
d. In regards of work to be performed over metal roof or any metal surface:PPD will not be resposible for any damage,dents,stains or splashes due to it.Rest assured,we will use the utmost
care to prevent any damage by using plastic covers and tarps on the metal sections,but minor damage can still occur to some parts of the metal roof.
a. In regards to Garbage and Dumpster.General Contractor/Owner I Direct client must provide a clumpsterigarbage container for all the garbage,or any waste generated by the job.PPD wil
only be carrying the garbage and waste to the container on-site,the responsibility for the take out and recollection,and proper disposal of these materials will be by the dumpsterigarbage container
supplier.If PPD is requested for the dumpster it would be charged accordingly.
8)When bonds,brackets,or any prefabricated foam or precast ornaments are required,this must be approved by the General contractor or directly by the Owner previous to installation.
a. In regards to Paint Work;Before painting the walls or any surface,the Owner or Contractor,has to remove those items such as;Shutters,railings,ornaments,wood planks,AC units etc If
PPD needs to remove it would be charged accordingly.
9)After all work has been completed PPD will clean the area where all work was performed,scraped the floors as need it and broom the area,(No vacuum claiming will be provided unless requested and
It will be charged accordingly).
a. In regards to Point Work:Before painting the walls or any surface,Owner or Contractor,has to remove those imes such as:Shutters,m•fings,ornaments,woodpLanks,AC units,etc If PPD
need to remove it would be charge accordingly.
10)This contract does not include permit fees.Any job over$2,800.00 requires a building permit,the owner or contractor will be required to present a permit
a. General Contractor/Owner/Direct client must notify PPD if a Permit,Insurance,or Bond is needed before PPD begins the mobilization of personnel,materials,or equipment
11)In case PPD Inc.required to pull a peri there will be a$500.00 charge plus the cost of the permit.
12)All work with permits will required inspections.
13)Termination for Convenience:Professional Plastering Designs,Inc.shall have the right to terntinate this contract for convenience for any reason by giving notice of termination effective upon the date
stated in the notice.
14)Termination for default,if wrongfully made,shall be treated as a termination for convenience Settlement of the contract shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Termination for
Convenience clause in the Prime Contract If none PPD shall be paid only the actual cost for approved work performed,plus an agreed fee,or a pro-rate percentage of the contract price equal to the
percentage of completion at Contractors option.PPD shall not be entitled to overhead or anticipated profits on unperformed portions of the Work
15)Ownership and Confidentiality:Any Documents PPD provides to Owner/Contractor in conjunction with the Work are between the PPD and Owner Contractor
The Client agrees that they have had a reasonable opportunity to review and consider the content and effects of this contract.By signing this estimate the Client accepts each and all of
the forms,provisions,clauses,notes and conditions of this estimate,with full knowledge and understanding of the contents,nature,and effects of this contract.
