ITEM BACKGROUND:: Resolution 217-2012 was approved on August'16,2012 and implemented
the cost of providing services associated-with the building permitting and inspection system through a
fee schedule. :
Since this time several new programs mandated by the State and/or the Judge's Order in the case:
entitled Florida Key Deer et al v. Frigate et: al, 90-10037 CIV—Moore have been implemented and. . :

The fees included in this resolution are in addition to after the fact fees in Chapter 6 and Chapterl 18
of the Monroe County Code of Ordinances.
Section 2. Resolution No. 217-2012 is hereby rescinded. Any other fees schedules or provisions
of the Monroe County Code inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed effective midnight October 17,
2012.
Section 3. The staff is hereby directed to implement these fees beginning October 18, 2012.
Section 3 The Clerk of the Court is hereby directed to forward one (1) certified copy of this
Resolution to the Division of Growth Management.
