Fire Safety Division The fees included in this resolution are in addition to after the fact fees in Chapter 6 and Chapterl 18 of the Monroe County Code of Ordinances. Section 2. Resolution No. 217-2012 is hereby rescinded. Any other fees schedules or provisions of the Monroe County Code inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed effective midnight October 17, 2012. Section 3. The staff is hereby directed to implement these fees beginning October 18, 2012.
