Kevin G. Wilson as the Division Director, Public Works & Engineering effective upon approval.
ITEM BACKGROUND:
Florida Statute 125.74(1)(k) requires the BOCC confirmation of the division/department head
appointments made by the County Administrator. As part of FY2012 budget process the consolidation
of the Public Works and Engineering Division was done as part of cost reduction process. This
consolidation is a savings of $201, 000.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION:
At the 9/15/11 BOCC the Board approved Kevin Wilson as Interim Division Director, Public Works &
Engineering.
