This Task Order is entered into on the effective date noted above pursuant to the"Master Agreement for
Professional Services" between Monroe County, Florida ("Client") and McFarland Johnson Inc.

Additional Services Agreement for:
Terminal Restroom Renovation Design Services
For Task 2
Key West International Airport
Key West, Florida
CONCOURSE A AND TERMINAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
Scope of Additional Services
McFarland-Johnson Inc., will provide additional design services for Architectural,Interiors,
Lighting Design, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection for Monroe County,
Florida (Sponsor/Owner) at the proposed Key West International Airport (Airport) Concourse A
and Terminal improvements.
In addition to the currently contracted scope of work and design services, this proposal includes
the following increase in scope of work:
Renovation of Existing Terminal Building's Men's, Women's, and Family Restrooms &
Expanded Airport Administrative Office Design:
Scope of Restrooms' Renovation:
• Replace existing floor tile
• Keep existing wall tile and deep clean/seal the grout.
• Replace sinks & sink faucets
• Replace mirrors
• Replace toilet seats
• Repaint ceilings
• Improve lighting with new fixtures
• Modifications to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems to
accommodate new floorplans
• Clean partitions and replace damaged partition doors.
• Changing tables looked to be in good working order
Scope of Expanded Airport Administrative Office Design:
• Reconfigure floor plans to accommodate additional office square footage
- Area consists of space between existing TSA credentials check and TSA screening
lanes
• Extend existing MEP/FP systems to accommodate new layouts
• Extend special systems
Services Include:
Provide schematic layout of restrooms, including fixture locations, and finish selections in
current 90%/GMP Set for Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) to develop an allowance for
the work.
Develop 80% construction documentation for review and coordination by Consultant and CMaR
for their determination that work is within allowance.
Incorporate CMaR's review comments and develop final construction documents to be included
as part of CMaR's contract.
Additional Fee:
Lump sum of$49,800 to be distributed by phase as:
1. Schematic Layout for Allowance $16,000
2. 80% Construction Documents/ Review Set $16,000
3. Final Construction Documents $17,800
Schedule:
Schematic Layout in 3 weeks from NTP of this additional service
80% Construction Documents in 8 weeks from determination of CMaR's allowance
Final Construction Documents in 4 weeks of CMaR's final review of 80% Construction
Documents
Excluded Services:
Management and Creation of Construction Administration Change Orders.
