Porter Constructors, Inc.appears to be the lowest, responsive bid for this project. The base bid value of$764,364.00 is also within the budget for this project and it appears that they have included a bid bond of the appropriate amount.A copy of the Bid Tabulation as provided by Monroe County Purchasing Office is attached for your information. We have also attached a Bid Tabulation Matrix prepared by our office for reference. Therefore we respectfully recommend that Monroe County award the Baggage Claim Hall Renovation project to D.L.
